  • "Loneliness" is a photo essay about how the city works as a magnifying factor of loneliness.

The work reveals the city not as a place of flows, but as a basis for reflection on public space while representative of loneliness in the context of isolation and limitation that occurred at the beginning of the present decade.

During the period in which these photographs were taken, between December 2020 and March 2021, city streets and public places became, due to the absence of human presence, lifeless places. Places of anguish and melancholy, places of loneliness.

This project was exhibited at the Budapest Turbine Cultural Center, as part of the 2022 Budapest Photo Festival and was recently published as a book.
